Yes. It is mandatory to submit, Declaration and Copyright Agreement Form with the paper.

Which Mail Id should be used to submit the Manuscript?

The prepared Manuscript and Declaration and Copyright Form should be sent to literarycognizance@gmail.com. Before sending the mail, kindly confirm that the two files/attachments (Manuscript & Declaration and Copyright Agreement Form) are attached to the mail neatly or not.

What other information is required to be sent along with the Manuscript?

The Manuscript should be sent along with the furnished scanned copies of Declaration and Copyright Agreement Form. The first page of the Manuscript must contain the Full name, Qualification, Designation, Affiliation, Residential Address, Brief and Appealing Title, Cell Number (s), E-Mail Id (s). Besides these two attachments no other file or attachment should be attached to the mail.

Can I prepare the Manuscript in other software besides MS_Word?

No, the proposed Manuscript should be prepared only in Microsoft Office Word (MS_Word) 2003/2007/2010/Latest Version and it should not be converted into PDF or any other formats.

When shall I get the acceptance after submitting the Manuscript along with requisite details?

Your submission will immediately be acknowledged and taken for screening process. If the submitted article achieves requisite standard and if it is consented by the Review Panel then it will be assessed by the External Experts. After receiving the positive response from the experts the manuscript will be forwarded for publication and intimated same to the concerned author. The tentative span for forwarding the acceptance letter to the concerned author would be 15 days from the date of submission. In certain circumstances it may extend.

What about the periodicity of the publication?

The Literary Cognizance is an International Refereed / Peer Reviewed e-Journal of English Language, Literature and Criticism is quarterly published in the months of June, September, December and March.

The authors can make use of any one of the options given below to remit the article processing charges (APC) only after receiving the acceptance: NEFT with the help of Net Banking Facility or Deposit the fees directly in any nearest Branch or Transfer through PhonePe or GPay and share the screenshot.

Shall I get the print copy of the e-Journal?

No, Literary Cognizance: An International Refereed / Peer Reviewed e-Journal of English Language, Literature and Criticism is an online open access e-Journal and it is not available in print version. So, the print copy of the e-Journal will not be provided.

Do you provide the Publication Certificate?
